Synopsis :
Ru-Ba-Ru is a modern day story of two ambitious individuals finding there destiny through the greatest human manifestation love, but of course with a twist! The film revolves around a modern couple Tara (Shahana Goswami) and Nikhil (Randeep Hooda) though are in love; Tara wants to cement the relationship by seeking commitment in marriage. But Nikhil, a workaholic, is always pre-occupied with his clients and work and he is happy with the way things are between the two of them. The trouble in paradise starts off with Nikhil constantly forgetting small little things that make a relationship. He starts taking his girlfriend, her family and friends for granted. And the day comes when Tara cannot take it anymore. As she decides to take matters in her own hand, a strange magical, mystical force intervenes, and the drama unfolds!

Last Hour (2008) DVDRip How would you react if three years after the death of your father, you receive a letter signed by him inviting you to visit an abandoned house in the middle of nowhere in China? Saturday, 02 August 2008 Fear House (2008) DVDRip "Fear House" synopsis; Relatives and colleagues of reclusive writer Samantha Ballard track her to an isolated home in the California desert where they discover her some nine months later severely traumatized. She greets them with a grim announcement that they will die if they attempt to leave the house. After Samanthas ex-husband and his girlfriend suffer horrible deaths while trying to escape, the others realize that she was serious. They begin to scheme a safe way out even as the malevolent force that rules the house stirs the worst fears of each of them, causing them to wonder: Can they escape the evil house before their fears kill them all? When I viewed "Fear House", I got the same feeling as when I viewed the film "Phantasm" in 1979, that the horror genre may have a new talented director. Of course Don Cosscarelli went on to have a good cult following of his films (Phantasm 5 is in production) and I feel director Michael Morris may have a better future ahead of him. "Fear House" doesnt rely on over-the-top gore and blood special effects, but the psychological fear of what really scares us deep inside. While trapped in the house, each person meets their deepest fears head on and its up to them on how to handle it as to whether they will survive or not. This film is part Phantasm, part Evil Dead and part Black Christmas (the original). Its not what you see that terrorizes you, but your own sub-conscience is your enemy.

What does a 65 year old man do? Sit at home and enjoy the fruits of retirement? If you are Harry (Amitabh Bachhan), you are at home, relishing vodka, pondering over why has the world gone mad, busy making a doorbell that only Einstein can ring and chanting Shakespeare without a worry in the world. No, he's not crazy. Just passionate. A little unpredictable. Slightly pompous. A wee bit whimsical. Totally adorable. Harry lives with his resilient partner, Vandana (Shefali Chhaya), and together, they don't care a damn for social sanction. Harry lives for acting, loves theatre, adores Shakespeare and absolutely detests cinema. He feels that it is an apology in the name of art. Harry and Vandana are living happily in the cubbyholes of Kolkata, oblivious and invisible to the world. In walks one day Siddharth (Arjun Rampal). A young, cool and stubborn director. He is smart, Harry finds out on the very first meeting. No one else could have cracked that doorbell. He is glad to have found a cerebral partner to have a conversation with. Harry has no idea that Siddharth has a film on his mind and Siddharth has no clue how tough this ride is going to be. He soon finds out that to please Harry, he just needs to like you. That should be easy. So he plays along.
As they bond over coffees, vodka and conversations, well, stuff happens. When Harry decides to do the film, he changes the lives of everyone involved. Siddharth feels his job is done. In reality, it's only just begun. Shabnam (Preity Zinta), his co-star, picks up tips on acting, Shakespeare and happy living. She could do with all of that, considering her stumpy acting skills and messed up personal life. The film set becomes a happy, lively place. Laughter echoes in the mountains. New relationships blossom. And then comes along an event that will change everything - the shoot, the mood and the relationships. No one remains the same once they have met Harry. Despite all odds, Harry will sail through this tough situation.
